Andrew, the owner of this company, came to my home and was able to diagnose the problem immediately on my ice maker. Replaced the hose and waited around to check for any leaks or other problems, but all was good! This guy so professional and we must have spoke for an hour about family and business. Was such a pleasure to know him and he told me to call him if any problems arise with other appliances. Too often these repair guys come over and hurry their work to get to other jobs. But not Andrew, he was definitely First Class and glad he stopped by.
